Your trust is our biggest asset. If anything about our service falls short, here is exactly how your concern will be heard, tracked and resolved.
We are an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-332982) and follow the AMFI Code of Conduct. Most concerns are resolved the same day with a phone call — but you always have a clear, formal escalation path, described below.
Contact our grievance officer with your concern, along with your folio number (if applicable) and a brief description of the issue:
We acknowledge every written grievance within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 15 working days. If more time is genuinely needed (for example, where an AMC or RTA is involved), we will keep you informed of the progress.
If your concern relates to a specific mutual fund scheme (NAV, units, dividends, statements, transactions) and you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may approach the investor service desk of the concerned Asset Management Company (AMC), or its Registrar & Transfer Agent (CAMS / KFintech). Every AMC's investor grievance contact is published on its website — and we will happily help you draft and submit the complaint.
If the issue still remains unresolved, you can lodge a complaint directly with the securities market regulator, SEBI, through its online complaint system SCORES at scores.sebi.gov.in (also available as the SCORES mobile app). Complaints on SCORES are forwarded to the concerned entity and tracked with defined timelines.
For disputes that remain unresolved even after SCORES, SEBI provides an Online Dispute Resolution mechanism — SMART ODR at smartodr.in — which facilitates online conciliation and arbitration.
As distributors, we earn a living from your long-term trust — not from any single transaction. Every complaint is recorded, every commitment is tracked, and no concern is ever brushed aside. If you feel unheard at any point, walk into our office — the directors' doors are always open.
Typically replies within a few minutes on business days.
